Every project manager deals with various challenges, and almost all tasks have backup plans to ensure efficient success. Therefore, it is essential manage resources, notably in terms of time, cost, quality, environmental impact, this needs be thoroughly shown. As a result, the adaptive selection slime mold algorithm (ASSMA) proposed for repetitive projects due multiple concurrent instances. It made by merging tournament (TS) method (SMA) model. The new model’s capabilities are demonstrated using case study rural water pipeline project, outcomes ASSMA contrasted those data envelopment analysis (DEA) approach utilized previous researcher. Consequently, technique an effective optimization matching that can help managers select best strategy given activity. This anticipated expand significantly outperform other models utilizing quality performance metrics.
